YDI provides life insurance and long-term disability coverage through Cigna Life
Insurance Company. This insurance plan includes a $25,000 life/accidental
death & dismemberment benefit, and a long-term disability plan which pays 60%
of salary to a maximum of $3,000 per month. Long-term disability insurance
will begin once an employee has been out of work for 13 weeks.
There is an optional life insurance/accidental death & dismemberment and short-term
disability program available for purchase. The premium for these coverages
will be calculated at the time of purchase.
