Welcome to the YDI Human Resources Department. Our department truly believes that YDI's employees are the most important stakeholders in our organization who are committed to carrying our our mission. With that in mind, YDI's Human Resources Department is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment free of discrimination.

YDI employs over 500 employees, all of which are carefully processed in-house in order to assure we hire the best candidates serve our community. In addition to recruitment and selection, the Human Resources Department oversees the payroll department, compensation and benefits, employee relations, risk management, and employee records. Our department specializes in establishing and implementing policies, procedures, and rules that treat employees fairly; always adhering to to federal and state employment laws and regulations.
