Women At Risk provides services through street outreach activities and in correctional facilities for adult Hispanic females who are at-risk of HIV infection.

The emphasis is on educating women about the dangers of high-risk behaviors, such as injecting drug use, sexual activity with intravenous drug users, and prostitution.
