YDI is the lead agency and fiscal agent for the Valencia Community Partnership, a coalition of over 30 agencies that work together on maternal and child health issues, of which, provide information & referral designed to refer clients, to agencies for services needed, linking community to resources. YDI maintains an annual inventory of county resources and programs, leads advocacy activities, and helps focus the Coalition on priority issues. Current priority focus areas are teen pregnancy/substance abuse and health access. Also provided are low cost car seats to assist clients.
