Whether supported through an outright gift or planned gift, all YDI Foundation programs are made possible through the generosity and commitment of people like you. A planned gift to the YDI Foundation helps to ensure the future of the services and programs we provide in your community and may further your financial goals.

What are planned gifts? Planned gifts include gifts through your will, charitable gift annuities, gifts of life insurance, pooled income funds, and charitable trusts.

At this time, YDI is able to receive only bequests and gifts of life insurance.

Bequest
YDI supporters can make charitable gifts by naming the YDI Foundation as a beneficiary in their wills.

Gift of Life Insurance
Some of our supporters no longer need their life insurance, that was purchased years ago to provide for children or other family members, and donate the policy to the YDI Foundation.

When naming the YDI Foundation in either Bequests or in Wills, please use the following reference:

YDI Foundation is a charitable, non-profit 5.0.9(a)(3) organization that is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions from individuals, foundations and corporations.  All donations made to the YDI Foundation will be acknowledged with a receipt for donors’ income tax reporting purposes.
