The Health Programs provide HIV/AIDS prevention, intervention and education services for clients and their families. The Health Programs consist of Harm Reduction/Needle Exchange, Alternative Lifestyles Outreach, Heterosexual At Risk, and Injecting Drug Users. This unique program combines street outreach, individual level interventions, groups/sessions, preventative case management, counseling and other educational mediums to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.

The program provides referral assistance for substance abuse treatment and related services. Community education is provided to local area businesses and communities through group presentations.
