YDI Valencia

YDI-Valencia has served the Youth and families holistically of Valencia County for a little over 20 years. YDI-Valencia provides direct services to the community, the youth and families through it’s many programs which include: Medicaid Enrollment, Child and Adult Food Program, Valencia County Health Council, Underage Drinking Prevention, Tobacco Use Prevention and Control, Enforcement of Underage Drinking, Dare to be You Parenting, Teen Pregnancy Prevention, Gang Resistance Education And Training, Low Cost Car Seat Program, No Excuses (Courts for Sports), Valencia County Students Concerned about Tobacco Youth Coalition, Information and Referral. YDI-Valencia’s main focus is prevention, and is successful in the community due to it’s strong presence, relationships and partnerships with other prevention agencies, Law Enforcement, Schools, Faith Based organizations, the Business Community, and Government entities, as well as other prevention coalitions and councils.
