Youth Development, Inc. Request for Proposal # RFP YDI 25-17 Youth Development Inc., (YDI) a non-profit corporation is soliciting, proposals from licensed, accredited private early childhood education providers to provide early childhood education and family development comprehensive services in Bernalillo County for 20 early Head Start children from low-income families as defined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines, Health, and Human Services. (ages 6 weeks – 3 years old). After evaluations of all proposals submitted, YDI will enter negotiations with the vendor deemed to be the most suitable.  Resultant(s) from negotiations, YDI will execute with selected contractor(s) a one (1) year contract with the possibility of four (4) one (1) year renewal options. All proposals must be submitted on the Request for Proposal Documents provided by YDI and will be accepted until 1:00pm (MST) on May 8, 2025. Facsimile and/or e-mailed proposals will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted to Youth Development, Inc., Purchasing Department, 3411 Candelaria Rd. NE, Suite J, Albuquerque, NM 87107. Award of the contract will be based on this solicitation and best value to YDI. Youth Development, Inc., reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and make any award in the best interest of the Organization. YDI will not reimburse vendors for any proposal preparation- costs.
