Youth Build
Provides hands-on construction experience for ages 16-24.
Fresh Start
The program provides move–in assistance and eviction prevention due to current homelessness or at risk of homelessness for persons who have a diagnosed and documented opioid use disorder or who have a substance use disorder where opiates are the primary substance used.
ABQ Against Violence
The program seeks to provide safety, healing, and growth for youth aged 12-26 who are most likely to be victims or perpetrators of gun violence.
C.H.A.N.C.E.S
A reentry program assisting adults ages 18 years and older with their release from incarceration.
Project EVO
Serving young adults ages 17-26 years old, who are, or will be, transitioning out of Juvenile facilities and/or probation.
Adult Basic Education
Provides educational and workforce development services to adults age 16+ to complete their High School Equivalency Certificate.

The mission of EE&T is to empower youth & adults to address barriers, complete their education, gain workplace and occupational skills, decrease violent behavior or engagement, and develop positive relationships through increased social skills that will lead to healthy lifestyles & self-sufficiency.
