Summer House (Crisis Stabilization) Program
The Summer House (Crisis Stabilization) Program is a CYFD-funded program and ONLY CYFD referrals are accepted.
Gateway Family Services Program
Funded by the City of Albuquerque, this program works with homeless families transitioning from temporary lodging into supportive housing.
Casa Sunrise
Casa Sunrise is a CYFD funded program to work with youth age 14-17 that are impacted by human trafficking.
Casa South – Transitional Living Program
Casa South – Transitional Living Program will provide transitional living services for youth age 16-21 that are transitioning to independence.
H.O.P.E. House
A CYFD-funded, multi-service home exclusively for females, designed to prevent youth from staying in CYFD offices.
Valencia Family Resource Center
Provides a variety of services to meet the needs of families in their respective communities.
Child First
Early childhood, mental health program that supports children (prenatal to age 5) and families who face major adversity.
Family Outreach
The program targets families who need immediate assistance to ensure their success and reduce the chances of CYFD involvement.
Casa North – Transitional Living for Young Adults (TLYA)
Provides residential and scattered site services for youth ages 16-23.
Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Case Management Program
Provide Case Management to infants and children, ages 0-12, and their parents to address trauma affecting their lives.
