We hope this notice finds you safe and well during these times of the Covid-19 virus. We wanted to let you know that we are continuing to provide assistance to youth and families. Currently, we have openings at Casa Hermosa, our Transitional Living Program and our Family Services Program, for therapy services. Casa Hermosa is an 18-month transitional living program for youth aged 16-21 that is a runaway,
homeless or aging out of state custody (foster care, institutional care).
Casa Hermosa operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in a
staff-supervised apartment setting. The program offers the following services: crisis intervention, assessment, counseling/therapy, recreational activities, life, and social skills training, case management, educational/vocational assistance, job training skills, and referral assistance. The Family Services Program serves as the hub for behavioral health services. Family counseling services are tailored to meet the individual needs of referred clients and their families by a process of intake and assessment. Services include comprehensive mental health assessment and individual/family therapy provided by a licensed mental health professional. All ages served but clients must meet Medicaid criteria to be served and be enrolled in one of the Medicaid Managed Care Plans: Western Sky, Presbyterian/Magellan and/or Blue Cross Blue Shield.
