Looking back at decades of growth with Youth Development Inc.’s longest-serving employee

Donna Martinez, YDI’s longest-serving employee, recently reflected on her 48-year journey with the organization in a KOB feature. Joining in 1978 as an assistant to the CEO, she has witnessed YDI grow from a small gang-intervention network into one of New Mexico’s largest family service providers, expanding into Head Start, youth shelters, nutrition services, and anti-gun-violence programs. Now Vice President of Human Resources, Martinez remains proud of YDI’s evolution and its commitment to meeting the community’s greatest needs.
