Bridge to Permanent Housing

Healing, Opportunity, Pride, and Empowerment (HOPE) House is a CYFD-funded, multi-service home exclusively for females, designed to prevent youth from having to stay in CYFD offices. The program is intended to be a mid-term placement while CYFD obtains more permanent housing options/placements for the youth. ONLY CYFD referrals are accepted; placement is NOT open to other referral sources.
