What We Do
Our program is built on the trusted Parents as Teachers framework, which focuses on:
- Parent-Child Interaction: Everyday moments become powerful opportunities for bonding and learning together.
- Development-Centered Parenting: We offer guidance tailored to your child’s age and stage, helping you understand their milestones and needs.
- Family Well-Being: We support the whole family, connecting you to resources and building on your strengths.
When you join our Parents as Teachers-Home Visiting program, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, caring partnership that includes:
- Personalized Home Visits with a certified parent educator who will share fun, research-based activities and tips just for your family.
- Developmental Screenings to help track your child’s growth and catch concerns early.
- Group Connections where you can meet other families, share experiences, and build community.
- Resources and Referrals to local services that support your family’s goals and well-being.
Why It Matters
Research shows that children whose families participate in Parents as Teachers are better prepared for school, more confident, and more engaged in learning. And parents feel more empowered, connected, and informed.
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or raising a busy toddler, we’re here to support your parenting journey!
