The BCHVWG Coalition seeks proposals from qualified vendors:  to design and implement a Universal Home Visiting Centralized Intake and Referral System database.

This system will equitably serve all home visiting programs in Bernalillo County, facilitating seamless referrals and tracking of referral outcomes while providing families access to comprehensive resources.

RFP documents can be requested via email coordinator@bchvwg.com from Maria Elena Maestas and must be submitted via email coordinator@bchvwg.com by 3:00pm January 24, 2025.
