Supporting Homeless Families Transitioning to Stable Housing

Availability is limited, and a waitlist is in effect.

Gateway Family Services Program: Funded by the City of Albuquerque, this program will work with homeless families temporarily living at the Hawthorne Hotel and preparing to transition to supportive housing.

YDI will provide 24/7 staff for supervision and to address any crises that may arise. Family Navigators will be assigned to each family to develop a service plan and provide case management, assisting families in the successful completion of their stay in the Gateway Family Services Program and a smooth transition to the next phase of housing.
