Supporting Homeless Families Transitioning to Stable Housing

Availability is limited, and a waitlist is in effect. All referrals are generated through the City of Albuquerque’s website.

Gateway Family Services Program: Funded by the City of Albuquerque, this program supports homeless families transitioning from temporary lodging to supportive housing.

YDI will provide 24/7 staff to supervise and address any crises that may arise. Family Navigators will be assigned to each family to develop a service plan and provide case management, assisting families in successfully completing their stay in the Gateway Family Services Program and in a smooth transition to the next phase of housing.
