Bridge to Permanent Housing

H.O.P.E House: CYFD-funded multi-service home for females only who are staying in CYFD offices throughout the state. The program is designed to be a mid-term placement while CYFD obtains more permanent housing options/placements for the youth. ONLY CYFD referrals accepted, placement is NOT open to other referral sources.
