Bridge to Permanent Housing

A CYFD-funded, multi-service home exclusively for females, designed to prevent youth from staying in CYFD offices. The program is intended to be a mid-term placement while CYFD obtains more permanent housing options/placements for the youth. ONLY CYFD referrals are accepted; placement is NOT open to other referral sources.
