Keep Your Record Clean Through Accountability

This program is a diversion program designed to work with first-time youth offenders in preventing them from re-offending. Valencia County only.

Youth are referred from the Valencia County Juvenile Probation Office.

Teen Court is a program that allows eligible teens to keep their records clean. If a teen completes his/her sentence, the charges and fines are dismissed. Teen Court does not determine guilt or innocence; It is for sentencing purposes only. A teen must accept complete responsibility for their offense(s) to be heard in Teen Court.

Teen Court is a first-offender program that guides youth through the court process, from sentence compliance to jury panel participation.
