Summer House (Crisis Stabilization) Program
The Summer House (Crisis Stabilization) Program is a CYFD-funded program and ONLY CYFD referrals are accepted.
Gateway Family Services Program
Funded by the City of Albuquerque, this program will work with homeless families temporarily living at the Hawthorne Hotel and preparing to transition to supportive housing.
Casa Sunrise – Human Trafficking Program
Casa Sunrise – Human Trafficking Program is a CYFD funded program to work with youth age 14-17 that are impacted by human trafficking.
Casa South – Transitional Living Program
Casa South – Transitional Living Program will provide transitional living services for youth age 16-21 that are transitioning to independence.
Parenting Support and Engagement
Guided by the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework, we build meaningful, goal-oriented relationships that support school readiness, lifelong learning, and family well-being.
Health and Wellness
A comprehensive approach is taken to ensure early childhood well-being by focusing on physical health, oral health, nutrition, mental health, and safety, all of which lays a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
Nutrition Services
Through our strong partnerships with the U.S Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Head Start, we are committed to ensuring that every child receives the nourishing meals they need to grow up healthy, active, and ready to learn.
WIOA Youth – Northern Region
Providing job placement services to in-school youth and out-of-school youth ages 16-24.
Gateway to Recovery
Offers peer support services to adults 18 and older who are homeless, have substance use issues and reside at the Gateway West Shelter.
HOPE House
CYFD funded multi-service home for females only that are staying in CYFD offices throughout the state.
