Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Case Management Program
Provide Case Management to infants and children, ages 0-12, and their parents to address trauma affecting their lives.
Adult Basic Education
Provides educational and workforce development services to adults age 16+ to complete their High School Equivalency Certificate.
Amistad Crisis Shelter
Provides a short-term (14-30 days) program that provides residential services to youth, ages 12-17.
Nurse-Family Partnership
Specially trained nurses regularly visit young, first-time moms-to-be starting early in the pregnancy and continuing through the child’s second birthday.

The mission of EE&T is to empower youth & adults to address barriers, complete their education, gain workplace and occupational skills, decrease violent behavior or engagement, and develop positive relationships through increased social skills that will lead to healthy lifestyles & self-sufficiency.
Early Childhood Education & Family Development
High-quality free early childhood education, family development services, and child care for children from 0 to 5 years old.
Prevention, Intervention, & Behavioral Health
The primary focus of the PIBH Division is to provide an array of services for children, youth, adults, and families to teach them to stay healthy, gain valuable and necessary life skills, and have a safe living environment.
Neutral Corner
Provides supervised visitation and exchange services for families going through separation and/or divorce or couples impacted by domestic violence.
Pregnancy & Home Visiting Services
YDI’s Pregnancy and Home Visiting program promotes healthy pregnancies, strong parent-child bonds, and successful early learning experiences, helping to lay the foundation for lifelong success.
Get Up Get Moving – Initiative
Provides community-based initiatives and activities designed to promote health and wellness among individuals.
