Early Head Start Pregnancy & Home Visiting Services
YDI’s Pregnancy and Home Visiting program promotes healthy pregnancies, strong parent-child bonds, and successful early learning experiences, helping to lay the foundation for lifelong success.
Get Up Get Moving – Initiative
Provides community-based initiatives and activities designed to promote health and wellness among individuals in Valencia County.
Courts for Sports Program
Provides free financial assistance for families with children involved in extra-curricular activities such as sports or other recreational/educational programs in Valencia County.
Dream Big Kennedy Middle School Program
Provides Individual and group counseling and Case Management for youth dealing with behavioral health and substance use issues.
Community Based Prevention, Intervention and Reunification Program (CBPIR)
The program works with families who are involved or at risk of involvement with the State’s Children, Youth and Families Department.
Street Outreach Program
Provides intervention services for runaway, homeless, and street youth to assist them in establishing safer living conditions.
Casa Hermosa – Transitional Living Services
A residential transitional living services program for youth ages 16-21.
VIDA Child and Adult Care Food Program
Monitors eligible in-home registered or licensed childcare providers to ensure they are providing nutritious meals to the children they serve. Reimbursement is provided by YDI through CYFD funding.
Teen Court
A diversion program designed to work with first-time youth offenders in preventing them from re-offending. Valencia County only.
Teen Outreach Program (TOP)
Program is aimed at reducing the onset of first-time pregnancies among adolescents. Valencia County only
