LEGAL NOTICE Youth Development, Inc. Request for Proposal # RFP YDI-25-010 Youth Development, Inc. (YDI), a non-profit corporation is soliciting, proposals for the services Information Technology Managed Systems and Support Service company to conduct daily maintenance and support for all 48 Youth Development Inc., Locations throughout the state of New Mexico for computer systems, equipment, and/or peripherals, and/or cabling and/or local area network(s), and/or software. After evaluations of all proposals submitted, YDI will enter negotiations with the vendor(s) deemed to be the most suitable, with service and pricing being the major considerations. Resultant(s) from negotiations, YDI will execute with selected contractor(s) a one (1) year contract with four (4) one (1) YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS. All proposals must be submitted on the Request for Proposal Documents provided by YDI and will be accepted until 2:00pm (MST) on May 31, 2024. Facsimile and/or e-mailed proposals will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted to Youth Development, Inc., Purchasing Department, 3411 Candelaria Rd. NE, Suite J, Albuquerque, NM 87107, and must be for all items listed in RFP. Award of the contract will be based on this solicitation based on best value to YDI. Youth Development, Inc., reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and make any award in the best interest of the Organization. YDI will not reimburse vendors for any proposal preparation- costs.
